Job Description
Account Manager overseeing client operations and systems design at Storm Ideas. Working with globally recognized brands in US entertainment while leveraging AI tools and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own the account context for selected Creative Operations and Systems / Process Design clients
- Run the client operating rhythm
- Turn vague client requests into clear next steps
- Become highly capable with AI tools and workflows for account management
- Make clients feel well looked after
- Write clear client-ready summaries
- Maintain stakeholder maps, account notes, decision logs
- Work closely with internal teams to keep client work moving
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience owning client relationships
- Strong written and spoken English
- High agency
- Structured thinking
- A serious interest in becoming an expert at AI-enabled account management
- Strong client presence
- Comfortable working around workflow and collaboration tools
