Job Description

Account Manager supporting casino operators using SOFTSWISS’s Game Aggregator API platform. Building client relationships, resolving issues, and driving account growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with casino operator clients and act as a reliable point of contact for their requests
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely support
  • Identify opportunities to introduce relevant services, game content, and other solutions to existing clients
  • Monitor account and product performance, analyse data, and highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with Product, Technical Support, and other internal teams to resolve client issues and requirements efficiently
  • Stay informed about iGaming market trends and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients
  • Support casino operator clients in achieving their goals and maximizing value from the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong written and spoken English at B2+ level
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to analyse data and turn findings into practical recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues efficiently
  • Confident communication and collaboration with international, cross-functional teams
  • Written and spoken Russian is nice to have
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or working with B2B digital products is nice to have
