Job Description

Michelin Account Manager representing motorcycle and bicycle brands across the U.S. West Coast. Growing dealer relationships, sales opportunities, and customer support through account management and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts of all sizes, representing the team externally with clients and internally with stakeholders
  • Develop understanding of clients' market positions, products/services, differentiators, and competitive landscape
  • Capture, manage, and respond to customer requests and claims
  • Establish and build relationships with business leaders at all levels
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships for current, new, and upcoming projects
  • Conduct business reviews
  • Prepare and present sales information and proposals during renewals and new initiatives
  • Visit clients and attend trade shows and industry events as necessary
  • Monitor the market and identify new opportunities
  • Generate new leads through trend monitoring, research, cold calling, and appointment setting

Requirements:

  • Must reside on the West Coast of the United States; Southern California preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and think critically
  • Problem-solving skills to address client challenges and deliver solutions
  • Comfortable analyzing data and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience with customers, customer service relationship, account or project management, networking, and opportunity management
  • Position is not available for immigration sponsorship
