Job Description

Account Manager for Peritoneal Dialysis at Vantive focusing on sales and support for dialysis products. Responsible for client relationships and market strategies across Germany regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Vantive product and therapy concepts in the field of peritoneal dialysis
  • Implementation of defined sales, marketing and general corporate strategies
  • Development, consultation and support for our customers regarding therapies, devices and products
  • Conducting therapy and product training
  • Supporting our customers in setting up home dialysis structures
  • Managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers and developing home dialysis network structures
  • Participation in symposia and continuing education events
  • Use of required analysis and CRM tools for planning and managing sales activities
  • Reporting complaints and adverse events in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Independently responsible, economical and efficient route planning within the sales territory

Requirements:

  • Nurse (e.g., registered nurse) familiar with dialysis center workflows and ideally with initial experience in selling medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals in this setting
  • Alternatively, a completed degree in a natural science and/or clinical training or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales, marketing or product management within the medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry, as well as experience in user training
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of social competence, empathy, sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Certified pharmaceutical representative (IHK) or competence according to §75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG) required
  • Solution-oriented team player with a high degree of initiative and enjoyment of project work
  • Fluent German and good command of English to participate in international events and interdisciplinary projects
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, including preparing account analyses and evaluating sales-relevant financial metrics
  • Familiar with video conferencing software (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.), virtual continuing education and web-based training
