Job Description
Account Manager driving APAC sales growth for Viseven, a global B2B MarTech provider serving Pharma and Life Sciences. Managing enterprise accounts, digital solutions, and full-cycle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth across the assigned APAC territory
- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying and acquiring new customers through closing
- Develop, expand, and scale existing accounts
- Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner and recommend solutions from Viseven’s portfolio
- Develop and execute account strategies, including growth, upselling, and expansion
- Manage account profitability, budget planning, and financial performance
- Oversee portfolio initiatives and projects
- Coordinate communication between customers, regional teams, and internal functions
- Monitor solution and service adoption, address blockers, and drive improvement
- Ensure customer satisfaction through engagement, issue resolution, and expectation management
- Lead customer meetings and present Viseven solutions
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams on opportunities, onboarding, and execution
- Grow Viseven’s network and visibility within regional organizations
- Coordinate and execute digital projects and client solutions with technical-team support
- Develop opportunities within accounts, including expansion into divisions and clusters
- Devise scalable onboarding processes for strategic accounts
- Conduct sales research and identify new sales opportunities
- Implement workflow and process improvements
- Document processes and maintain sales department records
Requirements:
- Location: APAC region
- Native/fluent in Japanese and English
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in a B2B environment
- SaaS, MarTech, or enterprise software experience preferred
- Proven experience managing enterprise client portfolios with account budget planning and P&L management
- Strong client engagement skills, working at strategic and operational levels
- Project and account management capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends is a plus
- Experience working with the Japanese market required
- Ability to analyze data, KPIs, and trends
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or equivalent, and forecasting tools
- Proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn

- Clear, empathetic communication and active listening
- Ability to collaborate across functions
- Confidence giving and receiving feedback
