Job Description

Account Manager managing growth and retention of assigned accounts for Amcor Flexibles EMEA. Focusing on strategic sales direction, partnership with marketing, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communication strategies to grow and retain existing business
  • Develop new business, improve profitability of existing business
  • Manage strategic growth plans for assigned accounts
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key decision makers of assigned accounts
  • Monitor business performance against target - both volume and margin
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing and Operations to ensure account strategies are implemented
  • Set up the strategy and marketing orientation for the business

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Sales, Engineering, MBA or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in working in a large scale B2B environment with a strong sales talent and drive to sell
  • Relevant industry experience in sales (fresh food industry, preferably meat/dairy)
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
  • Demonstrate excellent project / process management skills
  • Fluency in Spanish, and English, French in addition is welcome
