Job Description
Account Manager managing full Costco operations for Grüns, driving promotional strategies and buyer relationships. Focused on launching new items and increasing brand visibility across the Costco channel.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full Costco business across the ü Snacks portfolio
- Drive trial and awareness through a multi-faceted promotional strategy
- Define the Go-To-Market strategy for launch with BJ’s
- Manage high performing broker teams
- Become an indispensable strategic partner through insight-led leadership
Requirements:
- 4+ years of CPG sales experience with at least 2 years calling directly on Costco buyer teams
- Existing buyer relationships are a plus
- Navigated Costco's full program toolkit: science binders, TPDs, fence events, MVMs, Costco Connection, CDS demo partnerships, and .com merchandising
- Understanding of Club channel economics
- Experience managing a broker team
- Track record of launching new items and driving sell-through on LTOs
- Proficiency in building models, dashboards, and buyer presentations
- Fluent in GM%, CM2, cost-per-unit, margin math, and syndicated data
