Job Description
Account Manager coordinating training projects for healthcare institutions. Driving quality execution and stakeholder communication in a startup culture.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare institutions and ensure excellent management and organization of the training projects booked with us
- Organize the kickoff of course projects and serve as the central contact for your client throughout the entire project, while continuously improving existing processes (time management, reporting/analysis, meetings, planning required internal and external resources, etc.)
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure all “Project Deliverables” are delivered on time and to the highest quality
- Build trusting, strategically valuable relationships with all stakeholders through proactive and targeted communication
- Keep all relevant data up to date in the CRM system
- Identify upsell opportunities with clients and execute them independently or in collaboration with the Key Account/Sales team
- Proactively provide feedback to contribute to strategic process optimization
Requirements:
- You have completed a degree or commercial vocational training and have at least 2 years of experience in Account Management
- You live and love the startup mindset and are eager to take ownership, optimize tasks and roll up your sleeves
- Customer satisfaction and retention are important to you, and you can communicate effectively with our diverse stakeholders
- You are a committed team player: you achieve the best results as part of a team and coordinate closely with colleagues from Sales and Operations
- You keep a clear overview even in stressful situations and know how to set the right priorities
- You are digitally savvy and have experience working with a CRM tool. You are confident using Office programs and other digital tools
- You have excellent German skills (C2 level) and very good English skills (company language is English!)
