Job Description

Account Payable / Account Manager at AVANCEON handling financial transactions for industrial automation solutions. Focused on processing and reconciling accounts with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing, recording and reconciling financial transactions
  • Review of accounts payable, cash disbursements, billings and cash receipts
  • Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing process
  • Supervising collections, and reviewing fixed assets, taxes, and franchise taxes
  • Preparing day-to-day and month end close entries including payroll administration
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the accounting operations
  • Obtaining a working knowledge of the client's accounting software packages

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 3 - 7 years accounting or finance experience
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
