Job Description
Account Payable / Account Manager at AVANCEON handling financial transactions for industrial automation solutions. Focused on processing and reconciling accounts with a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing, recording and reconciling financial transactions
- Review of accounts payable, cash disbursements, billings and cash receipts
- Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing process
- Supervising collections, and reviewing fixed assets, taxes, and franchise taxes
- Preparing day-to-day and month end close entries including payroll administration
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the accounting operations
- Obtaining a working knowledge of the client's accounting software packages
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3 - 7 years accounting or finance experience
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
