Job Description

Account Supervisor at RevHealth overseeing client relationships and HCP projects. Responsible for project leadership, client interactions, and strategic input within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team.
  • Model project leadership—prepared and proactive, thorough and accurate.
  • Establish rapport and trust with a range of staff members assigned to your account(s) – acknowledging the expectations of others, identifying team and project needs, remaining open to considering multiple points-of-view.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Account Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators, facilitating their growth and development.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through other contacts.
  • Generate internal project estimates and collaborate with PM/PC to develop timelines.
  • Translate client needs and expectations to internal agency team through project brief development and internal meetings and communications with the cross-functional agency team.
  • Monitor project estimate vs. actual time and cost accruals.
  • Review monthly account billing for accuracy and completeness in accordance with client PO(s).
  • Assist in the development and approval of scopes of work (project descriptions, assumptions, estimates).
  • Assist in tactical planning and brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a diverse range of project
  • Proven supervisory experience and mentoring skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage a wide variety of projects and team members
  • Experience managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal
  • Experience with product launches
  • Proficiency in Veeva, Ziflow, or other digital routing and MLR platforms
  • Exceptional financial management capabilities within budget constraints.
