Job Description
Acquisitions Agent seeking motivated individuals for property acquisition role in real estate investment. Focused on lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and build relationships with property owners
- Negotiate purchase agreements and acquire properties
- Generate leads through outbound outreach and follow-up
- Meet with owners to evaluate properties and close deals
- Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams during transition from contract to closing
Requirements:
- Proven success in sales, business development, or a closing role
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cold outreach
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments
- Real estate, mortgage, home services, or investment sales experience preferred
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $30,000 per year
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$120,000+ annually
