Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Take over leadership and drive the further development of the agency
- Coordinate and motivate a team of independent reviewers and data agents
- Ensure authentic and transparent review and testimonial reporting
- Utilize advanced AI technologies and analyze market trends
- Continuously optimize reach and business processes
- Manage diverse projects and the Grazy Promotion and GeniusAI platforms
- Oversee high-converting content and ensure customer inquiries are handled
- Maintain relationships with partners and platforms such as Digistore24 and Copecart
- Win and develop your own clients
- Be responsible for forecasting and KPI monitoring
- Use CRM for lead management
- Independently exceed growth targets
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven success in marketing, sales, or customer service
- Ideally experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools
- Ability to apply AI tools for process automation
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Good English skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and the team
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to provide a small initial capital for your own setup
- Willingness to enter a self-employed partnership
