Job Description
AI Agent Developer building Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and RAG solutions for IT services. Integrating enterprise systems and automating business workflows with Azure and Power Automate.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build conversational experiences that answer user questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources
- Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-driven business processes
- Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic
- Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases
- Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions
