Job Description
AI automation specialist scaling Primal Storm’s natural-products eCommerce operations. Building Python and API workflows to reduce repetitive work across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Review repetitive tasks across all departments
- Identify high-impact opportunities for automation
- Build AI workflows using Python, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Connect ClickUp, Slack, Frame.io, and Google Workspace
- Test and improve automations based on team feedback
- Measure time savings, errors, and business impact
- Document workflows and train the team to use them
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with AI automation and Python
- Advanced proficiency in ChatGPT, Claude, APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Proven ability to build, test, secure, and document reliable automations
- Measurable results, including launching 2–3 automations and reducing repetitive work by at least 20%
- Strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability and interest in a long-term collaboration
- Ability to securely test, document, and hand over workflows
