Job Description
AI Developer building secure LLM agents, evaluations, and integrations for EXANTE’s global wealth-tech trading platform. Owning backend and frontend delivery end to end.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the agent layer, including harness design, prompt architecture, tool layer, orchestration, and context strategy.
- Build and own evaluations to determine whether agent changes improve performance.
- Build backend APIs, services, data models, and integrations with company systems.
- Build the frontend that exposes the backend capabilities.
- Design for security risks including prompt injection, cross-tenant data leakage, and access control.
- Extend the scope to address edge cases, failure modes, UX, and success metrics.
- Investigate unfamiliar infrastructure, engage the right people, and drive decisions.
- Own product scope end to end in a small, autonomous team.
Requirements:
- Production experience building LLM agents, including harness structure, prompt architecture, tool calling, RAG, MCP, context management, and debugging pipelines.
- Evaluation discipline focused on measuring whether changes improve agent performance.
- Strong backend engineering skills in TypeScript/Node and working Python proficiency.
- Ability to build competent frontend features independently.
- Experience using Claude Code or an equivalent agent harness, including skills, subagents, hooks, and custom tooling.
- Ability to own and maintain every line of shipped code.
- High autonomy and ability to carry work from scope to completion.
- Security mindset, including considering how systems could be compromised.
- Taste for minimal, effective interface design.
- Working proficiency in Russian and English.
- Nice to have: financial services, brokerage, or fintech background; Slack apps; CRM integrations; OAuth/on-behalf-of flows; agent observability and tracing at scale.
