Job Description
AI content developer creating RAG and agent curriculum for Jala University's Master in AI Systems Engineering. Developing practical, industry-aligned education for underserved regions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content for Jala University's Master in AI Systems Engineering
- Contribute to practical education tailored to industry needs
- Help bridge academia and industry through software-focused education
Requirements:
- 5+ years in production software, 2+ in production AI/ML
- Hands-on experience building RAG systems (dense, sparse, hybrid retrieval) over real data
- Experience building retrieval eval frameworks that measure hallucination risk
- Track record shipping AI agents with observability and human-in-the-loop controls
- Proficient with Python, LangGraph, ChromaDB, Neo4j, RAGAS, DeepEval, Docker
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Professional written English
