Job Description
AI Product Manager leading LLM-powered invoice automation and procurement agents at Precoro. Driving production AI adoption across high-volume B2B SaaS workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own AI-driven automation across Precoro's Accounts Payable automation and AI agents for procurement document processing
- Increase the share of invoices entered fully automatically to a target of 70%
- Reduce invoice recognition mismatch rates, currently 7% on the US server and 3% on COM
- Automate custom recognition prompts and adapt invoice recognition to individual customer requirements based on support tickets
- Grow AP Automation adoption among customers who purchased the tariff plan but do not fully use it
- Increase AP awareness among users who have not experienced the automated flow
- Launch five core AI agents: Intake, Purchasing, Matching, Payments, and Data Enrichment
- Drive AI agent adoption in customers' real procurement processes
- Drive MCP (Model Context Protocol) adoption across the product
- Build a team and establish a predictable process to sustain and evolve the product
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on experience implementing AI for business process automation, at minimum in reporting or accounting/finance, or in a product context, at minimum automating communications
- Practical experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Proven track record of shipping AI features into production environments
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role working with B2B SaaS products
