Job Description
AI Solutions Manager promoting AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration across teams at Asaas. Seeking a curious and analytical individual passionate about AI and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Be the advocate for AI adoption across Asaas’ operational processes.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders from multiple Asaas business areas to identify opportunities to solve real problems using AI, with a focus on achieving operational efficiency gains.
- Identify process bottlenecks and design solutions to address them, monitoring the direct impact on operational efficiency and process quality.
- Manage the backlog of internal AI initiatives using prioritization frameworks to ensure focus on the highest-impact deliveries.
- Negotiate deadlines, scopes, and resources with leaders from other areas to ensure aligned expectations.
- Work closely with the AI technical team to validate solution feasibility and ensure business requirements are met in developed solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience managing AI solutions or products, with a proven track record in mapping complex processes and translating them into technology roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI: capabilities and limitations of LLMs, AI agents, security, and governance.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities in high-demand environments.
- Experience with experimentation cycles and prioritization frameworks (ICE, RICE, or similar) for backlog management.
- Ability to structure and document business requirements clearly for technical teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing your own activities.
