Job Description
Experienced Analyst role at Johnson & Johnson managing data operations in the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. Collaborating with global teams and ensuring data quality across various APAC markets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and execute day-to-day material master data management operations in APeJC Markets.
- Lead small/mid-size projects.
- Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to fairly difficult scope and complexity.
- Responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate coordination, creation and maintenance of various master data elements in SAP/ECC directly and/or through automated workflow system(s).
- Monitor and execute the data operations and data quality process.
- Engage with partners on tactical matters.
- Provide appropriate guidance on data operations.
- Collaborate to create and maintain documentation for area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant professional business experience is required.
- Supply Chain certifications (eg. Lean yellow belt) preferred
- Strong experience and thorough knowledge, preferably within the health care or FMCG industry.
- Data processing systems (e.g. SAP required, OMP+ preferred) procedures & Tools for processing and managing Master Data GxP requirements.
- Business and technical knowledge and understanding of all Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models.
- A relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector/industry experience.
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
- Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural and remote team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines, in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly.
- English fluently required.
