Job Description
Analyst providing operational support for client relationships including grantmaking and contract administration. Utilizing internal tools and enhancing processes for efficiency in a nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for client relationships including grantmaking, contract administration, and expense reimbursements.
- Utilize internal systems and processes for project objectives and train project staff.
- Lead and manage the grantmaking review processes and ensure timely responses.
- Guide and support resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Organize and prepare complex documents and gather data for reports.
- Ensure effective tracking and approval of project expenses and resolve administrative issues.
- Build client relationships and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Continuously review operations and suggest improvements.
- Develop and administer contracts for Sponsored Projects as required.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience in operations, office, support, and client service. (5-7 years)
- Experience with project management and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, including grantmaking or nonprofit operations.
- Experience with CRM and comfort in learning new technologies.
