Job Description
Vendor resource analyst supporting Trinity Health’s HR Shared Services vendor lifecycle. Managing RFPs, implementations, SLAs, contracts, financial tracking, and performance analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Capture, analyze, and report data to help Trinity Health leadership achieve operational efficiency
- Audit department information, produce reports, and suggest process improvements
- Research, collect, compile, synthesize, and analyze information for ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives
- Provide detailed summaries, graphical trend presentations, practical options, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Centers of Excellence, business leaders, TIS, Contact Center, Finance, PDO, Vendor Management, and HR Shared Services
- Coordinate RFP processes, create scorecards, conduct cost assessments, compare vendor capabilities, and perform gap analyses
- Serve as primary liaison for vendor implementations; facilitate deployment, stakeholder training, communications, and localized engagement
- Monitor post-implementation escalations, exception handling, system functionality, and cross-functional impacts
- Monitor vendor SLA adherence, investigate escalations, maintain vendor relationships, and advocate for service quality and colleague experience
- Monitor contract compliance and escalate unmet obligations
- Track product capabilities, system features, releases, enhancements, and best-use strategies
- Review vendor invoices, assess ROI, track financial impacts, reconcile billing, and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Track SLA attainment, resolution times, colleague satisfaction, cost fluctuations, bonuses/credits, and vendor performance
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools; perform scenario planning and risk modeling
- Manage new services, scope evaluations, and mini-implementations for new ministries
- Monitor troubleshooting calls, review website upkeep and costs, and ensure agreed-upon outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in human resources operations, vendor management, contract administration, financial analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (nice to have)
- Experience working with external vendors, service providers, or third-party administrators preferred
- Experience in a shared services environment highly desirable
- Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to use multiple system applications for analysis and reporting
- Ability to develop educational materials, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ability to perform financial assessments, SLA maintenance, billing reconciliation, and data analysis
