Job Description
Analytics Reporting Specialist maintaining Looker Studio dashboards for a U.S. digital marketing agency. Managing reporting requests, paid media KPIs, QA, and recurring client deliverables across LATAM.
Responsibilities:
- Own the ongoing maintenance of client reporting dashboards built in Google Looker Studio
- Respond to reporting requests through the Analytics support channel and manage work intake through Asana
- Add or modify dashboard elements
- Update visualizations and filters
- Adjust report layouts and formatting
- Troubleshoot reporting issues
- Serve as the primary owner of the Analytics support queue, escalating more complex requests as needed
- Manage recurring reporting deliverables, including monthly finance reports and other scheduled reporting
- Support reporting needs across key client accounts, including fashion and retail brands
- Perform quality assurance on dashboards to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Document reporting processes and contribute to reporting best practices
- Partner closely with Performance & Analytics and client teams to deliver reporting solutions efficiently
- Help scale the client's reporting operations by taking ownership of day-to-day dashboard support and recurring reporting tasks
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Google Looker Studio
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs for reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Experience working with project management or ticketing tools such as Asana or Jira
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Resumes must be submitted in English
- Preferred: Experience with Tracer
- Preferred: Experience working with retail, e-commerce, or fashion clients
- Preferred: Experience supporting agency or client reporting
- Preferred: Familiarity with BigQuery or SQL
- Preferred: Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country
