Job Description

Analytics Reporting Specialist maintaining Looker Studio dashboards for a U.S. digital marketing agency. Managing reporting requests, paid media KPIs, QA, and recurring client deliverables across LATAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the ongoing maintenance of client reporting dashboards built in Google Looker Studio
  • Respond to reporting requests through the Analytics support channel and manage work intake through Asana
  • Add or modify dashboard elements
  • Update visualizations and filters
  • Adjust report layouts and formatting
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues
  • Serve as the primary owner of the Analytics support queue, escalating more complex requests as needed
  • Manage recurring reporting deliverables, including monthly finance reports and other scheduled reporting
  • Support reporting needs across key client accounts, including fashion and retail brands
  • Perform quality assurance on dashboards to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
  • Document reporting processes and contribute to reporting best practices
  • Partner closely with Performance & Analytics and client teams to deliver reporting solutions efficiently
  • Help scale the client's reporting operations by taking ownership of day-to-day dashboard support and recurring reporting tasks

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Google Looker Studio
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs for reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Experience working with project management or ticketing tools such as Asana or Jira
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Resumes must be submitted in English
  • Preferred: Experience with Tracer
  • Preferred: Experience working with retail, e-commerce, or fashion clients
  • Preferred: Experience supporting agency or client reporting
  • Preferred: Familiarity with BigQuery or SQL
  • Preferred: Knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country
