Job Description
Applied AI Engineer building AI-powered internal tools for BLP Digital, an ERP automation SaaS company. Shipping LLM, agent, and workflow solutions across hiring, finance, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship AI-powered internal tools for hiring, finance, and operations workflows
- Evaluate, integrate, and chain AI models, APIs, and frameworks into production-ready internal solutions
- Work with LLMs, agent frameworks, embedding pipelines, and AI coding tools
- Document and share tools so they create company-wide efficiency
- Write clean, maintainable code integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Own deployments end-to-end: build, test, ship, monitor, and maintain reliable operation
- Collaborate with non-technical teams to identify pain points and develop automated solutions
Requirements:
- Technical background with real building experience; CS degree, bootcamp, or self-taught experience accepted
- Experience building and shipping working software or tools
- Experience with modern AI tooling, including LLMs, AI coding assistants, and workflow automation
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience, such as founding something, building critical internal infrastructure, or creating solutions people used
- Ability to move fast and communicate clearly
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical teams to understand pain points and create automated solutions
- Fluency in English
- German is a plus
- Experience with Make, n8n, Retool, Supabase, or similar tools is a bonus
- Eligibility to work in the candidate's current location without limitations
