Job Description
Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst conducting inspections, testing, analysis, and air monitoring for SOCOTEC’s UK environmental and safety consultancy. Maintaining compliance records and supporting safer workplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake asbestos inspection, testing and analysis
- Maintain equipment, records and quality compliance
- Liaise with Project Managers and clients to meet programme timescales
- Work independently and collaboratively within the Environment and Safety team
- Support SOCOTEC’s continued success and contribute to safer, more sustainable workplaces
Requirements:
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Background in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
- Strong regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
