Job Description

Assistant Project Manager coordinating construction projects in Manila. Involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation for successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager with Procore (Procore knowledge required)
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses
  • Prepare and present progress and budget reports to senior management
  • Bid coordination/Estimating support (finding subcontractors, requesting and following up on bids, bid qualification, bid management)
  • Maintain project documentation and records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in construction project management or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
