Job Description
Claims Analyst reviewing marketing materials, campaign expenses, and website functionality for ANSIRA clients. Ensuring compliance with program guidelines while communicating findings to marketers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Review marketing materials against established guidelines and brand standards
- Enter review results into a database and communicate results to marketers
- Master complex guidelines and apply them to varied scenarios
- Conduct primary reviews of post-campaign activities
- Determine eligible campaign expenses according to program guidelines
- Participate in team collaboration, idea-sharing, and brainstorming sessions
- Provide ongoing internal feedback and proactively communicate status and recommendations to customers
- Perform website functionality checks
- Perform quality control checks for accuracy and compliance when needed
- Provide feedback to team members based on quality control results
- Perform administrative duties supporting client operations when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing or related field
- 2-3 years marketing or advertising experience or in a related field
- Some remote-work experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Established technical competence including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Sound attention to detail in both visual and written contexts
- Excellent time management
- Ability to organize work, multitask and meet deadlines
- Exceptional ability to work within a team environment
- Willingness to learn and try new things without a fear of failure
- Fluent in English with solid verbal and written communication skills
- A natural curiosity and eager desire to learn
