Job Description

Associate Clinical Territory Manager selling Cochlear implant hearing solutions across South Florida and Puerto Rico. Supporting audiology-focused field sales, clinical education, and territory growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the South Florida/Puerto Rico territory, covering Southern Florida and Puerto Rico
  • Sell, develop, and demonstrate knowledge of Cochlear as a brand and its product portfolio
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Cochlear’s product portfolio
  • Effectively sell and position Cochlear product features and brand benefits
  • Develop business acumen aligned with the territory business plan and strategy
  • Execute territory business plan assignments with professional and customer partners
  • Apply knowledge of Audiology and Cochlear technology in the field sales role
  • Build clinical, surgical, product, business, and sales expertise in CI and Baha solutions
  • Communicate and collaborate with field and corporate teams
  • Work in home office, clinical, and hospital environments
  • Travel throughout the territory, including overnight travel

Requirements:

  • Masters in Audiology or Au.D degree
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Demonstrated experience in hearing health, cochlear implant technology and/or hearing solutions industry
  • Strong background in implantable solutions strongly preferred
  • Prior clinical and/or surgical experience strongly preferred
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle depending on territory coverage requirements
  • Must meet all credentialing requirements to obtain hospital and surgical center access
  • Ability to travel up to 60% including some overnight travel
  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
  • Candidates must live in the South Florida/Puerto Rico territory
  • Ability to learn Cochlear’s business, products, clinical and surgical expertise, and sales acumen
