Job Description
Associate Implementation Analyst leading client deployments for MeridianLink’s software. Supporting onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, validation, and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for MeridianLink-licensed software
- Manage client expectations and meet project timelines
- Act as a liaison between clients and other company departments
- Educate clients on software capabilities and provide best-practice recommendations
- Communicate customer enhancement ideas to the Product organization
- Gather core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents
- Provide and review product workbooks
- Review and troubleshoot third-party issues
- Support client validation configuration
- Adhere to project schedules and ensure project resources meet expected timelines
Requirements:
- Entry-level professional within the subject area
- Requires basic skill set and proficiency
- Will conduct work assignments as directed
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience
- Ability to perform client/third Party Onboarding activities
- Ability to shadow and assist SIS in configuration and UAT implementation activities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; application asks whether future sponsorship will be required
