Job Description

Associate Manager driving Salesforce applications and contributing to critical platforms in a med-tech company. Leading teams and ensuring operational efficiency in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business and Platform Analysts
  • Manage end-to-end incident response by serving as escalation lead
  • Execute and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Salesforce, mobile applications, CPQ systems, and integrations
  • Prioritize and execute work across incidents, enhancements, administrative tasks, and production support
  • Participate in on-call rotation to restore service during critical incidents
  • Maintain and improve documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase delivery efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms
  • Experience in incident management, system enhancements, and release cycles in enterprise applications
  • Minimum 2 years of people management or team leadership experience (Preferred)
  • Experience working within the medical-technology (med-tech) space (Preferred)
  • Experience supporting healthcare CRM and integrated to mobile applications, such as CPQ, SAP or ServiceMax (Preferred)
  • Salesforce or related platform certification (Preferred)
