Job Description
Associate Manager driving Salesforce applications and contributing to critical platforms in a med-tech company. Leading teams and ensuring operational efficiency in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business and Platform Analysts
- Manage end-to-end incident response by serving as escalation lead
- Execute and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Salesforce, mobile applications, CPQ systems, and integrations
- Prioritize and execute work across incidents, enhancements, administrative tasks, and production support
- Participate in on-call rotation to restore service during critical incidents
- Maintain and improve documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase delivery efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms
- Experience in incident management, system enhancements, and release cycles in enterprise applications
- Minimum 2 years of people management or team leadership experience (Preferred)
- Experience working within the medical-technology (med-tech) space (Preferred)
- Experience supporting healthcare CRM and integrated to mobile applications, such as CPQ, SAP or ServiceMax (Preferred)
- Salesforce or related platform certification (Preferred)
