Job Description
Associate Manager responsible for ERP Deployment Readiness at Stryker Corporation. Leading stakeholders and cross-functional teams for successful implementation and stabilization during Hypercare.
Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholders independently and identify gaps or risks and drive to resolution
- Communicate key messages clearly with executive presence
- Lead cross-functional teams to set clear directions and manage follow up
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP (or other major ERP)
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specialized in PowerPoint
