Job Description
Associate Product Manager advancing applied AI capabilities for Acumatica’s cloud ERP platform. Supporting product planning, market analysis, releases, customer discovery, and AI feature enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the AI product line lifecycle from strategic planning through tactical activities
- Coordinate with development and marketing teams on market requirements, user and buyer personas, product planning, and communication
- Create, maintain, and present internal and external AI product roadmaps
- Support business cases for AI initiatives and objectives
- Support end-to-end delivery of AI functionality across the platform
- Conduct market analysis, technology assessments, competitive analysis, and identify AI-related market problems
- Contact and visit customers and partners to gather requirements and market knowledge on AI use cases
- Participate in events, seminars, and customer demos
- Document and present market and product requirements
- Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale for AI features
- Support new product release activities and organizational coordination
- Support customer demos, interviews, and onboarding/setup for AI features
- Enable application teams, VARs, and ISVs on AI tools built by the Platform AI team
- Identify beta customers and support beta and managed-availability release processes
- Review documentation and training materials and provide feedback to Education teams
- Review Quality Assurance output to ensure AI features meet a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Exposure to ERP, SaaS, or business application concepts through coursework, internships, or prior experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, development, coordination, and/or delivery within business applications
- Business and technical curiosity, with enthusiasm for AI capabilities and real-world application
- Ability and willingness to engage directly with customers
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong decision-making and time-management skills
- Ability to listen, ask questions, and solve problems
- Self-driven and realistic about goals
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to the United States as needed
