Job Description

Associate Program Recruiter managing recruitment efforts for Bowery Valuation's Associate Appraiser Program. Seeking driven candidates to build strong pipelines of early-career appraiser talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, with a significant focus on Associate Appraisers, and possibly expanding into other roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
  • Ensure timely and accurate communications with candidates and hiring teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, startup, or fast-paced corporate environment
  • Commercial Real Estate experience a plus
  • Proven success sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, networking, and referral channels
  • Experience w/ high volume recruiting for multiple functions and levels simultaneously
  • Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines from the ground up
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using ATS (Rippling is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and ownership
