Job Description
Product Manager enhancing SaaS solutions within construction, legal intelligence, and compliance sectors. Collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver customer-focused products and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain the backlog and requirements, supporting product development from discovery to delivery in collaboration with engineering and with a focus on the customer's problem.
- Lead or support user research to identify product opportunities, hypotheses, and risks.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and outcome metrics, supporting data-driven decisions and continuous learning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align vision, scope, priorities, and success criteria.
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in digital product management, preferably in agile environments or with legal products;
- Experience with data analysis, metrics, and insight-driven decision making;
- Strong analytical skills to turn data, feedback, and insights into product decisions;
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies (tools, applications, and concepts).
- Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a startup or other fast-paced environment, working closely with small teams, rapid delivery cycles, and strong multidisciplinary collaboration;
- Degree in Law.
