Job Description
Audit Analyst analyzing customer billing, inventory, and contract data for Calero, a telecom expense management company. Identifying disputes, optimizing costs, and reporting client savings.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer billing, inventory, and contract data to identify historical disputes and future cost savings/optimization opportunities
- Monitor and manage client data, reporting, and contract needs; report missing items or access levels to the Service Operations Manager
- Create and present monthly and quarterly audit and optimization reports according to company standard processes
- Maintain the audit tracker to accurately capture identified, implemented, achieved, and rejected savings monthly
- Support customers in achieving identified historical dispute resolutions and future cost savings/optimization
- Monitor and track holistic client value produced by audit activities for the client base
- Field and research audit escalations within the assigned client base
- Work closely with the Service Operations Manager to align with customer objectives and needs
- Perform other assigned duties, including compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, math or an analytical-related field is preferred
- Comfortable working independently to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels within their team
