Job Description

Team Leader terrain chez MSX International, accompagnant les concessions automobiles françaises sur la performance BtoB des pièces de rechange. Coordination de consultants et pilotage des plans d’action réseau.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a spare parts expert coach for dealerships across the network
  • Support dealerships in structuring and improving the performance of their B2B operations
  • Analyze each dealership’s spare parts sales cycle and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coach sales teams on prospecting, customer retention, and sales performance
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans with dealerships
  • Support the improvement of sales and operational practices
  • Provide regular reporting to the manager, manufacturer, and dealerships
  • Coordinate the activities of a team of field consultants
  • Support skills development and contribute to the onboarding of new consultants
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer processes, and performance objectives
  • Serve as the operational link between consultants, MSX management, and the manufacturer
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program and prepare monthly activity reviews with the client

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, ideally gained within a manufacturer, distributor, or automotive supplier
  • Expertise in spare parts, consumables, and B2B distribution models
  • Good understanding of the challenges faced by a spare parts department, workshop, and sales department
  • Ability to quickly analyze an organization and identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Ability to transfer methods, structure action plans, and support their implementation
  • Strong coaching skills, active listening, and the ability to develop teams without relying on hierarchical authority
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with dealerships and their teams
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills in a field-based environment
  • Analytical mindset, strong influencing skills, and results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Successful initial experience in team facilitation, consultant coordination, or operational management
  • Natural leadership and the ability to rally teams around shared objectives
  • Enjoyment of coaching, skills development, and collaborative work
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
