Job Description
Automotive customer support agent for Atlean World, an HR SaaS consultant promoting multicultural recruitment. Supporting Danish-speaking customers remotely from Portugal while developing customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in the automotive sector
- Build or grow a career in customer support
- Develop skills and create positive customer experiences
- Work with an international team
- Engage with Atlean World recruiters throughout the recruitment process
- Connect with and proceed to the client after recruitment preparation
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Comfort and curiosity when working with new technologies
- Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Clear, professional, and effective communication
- Ability to remain patient, understanding, and client-focused
- Must be living in Portugal or willing to relocate
- Must be a resident of a country within the European Union
- CV must be sent in English
