Job Description

Sales Consultant role at La Moda providing B2B services to multibrand retailers. Engaging client needs and driving sales with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide service to active multibrand retailers, identifying purchasing needs and offering products available for immediate delivery;
  • Identify each customer's needs via WhatsApp Business and omnichannel chat;
  • Carry out sales activations using the multibrand client portfolio, aiming to meet the channel's revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented commercial profile.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma (degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields is a plus).
  • Previous experience with online sales, customer service or e-commerce is a plus.
