Job Description
Backend Software Engineer developing automation solutions for healthcare management. Utilizing Python to create and maintain systems for clinics improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve automation bots using Python combined with modern libraries
- Migrate automations from UIPath to the new Python stack
- Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable automation solutions
- Integrate automations with APIs, databases, and Tivita's internal systems
- Document processes, flows, and developed code
- Monitor daily bot operations and ensure high availability for critical automations
- Investigate, diagnose, and quickly resolve automation failures
- Proactively identify issues before they impact customers
- Implement improvements in observability, logging, and alerting
- Respond promptly to critical incidents with a clear sense of urgency and prioritization
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with web automation tools
- High energy and a strong sense of urgency to keep critical automations running
- Systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex automation flows
- Practical technical skills: APIs, integrations, SQL for investigations, Git, and code best practices
- Analytical ability to navigate logs, traces, and imperfect data during troubleshooting
- Clear communication to translate technical issues and collaborate with internal teams
- Previous experience with automation tools (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) or operational products is a significant plus
- Solid knowledge of HTTP and web requests
- Knowledge of SOAP is a plus
- Web scraping experience
- Practical knowledge of proxies (Nginx, HAProxy, etc.) and/or residential proxy services (BrightData, Smartproxy, etc.)
