Job Description
Behavioral Health Recruiter owning full-cycle clinical hiring for a rapidly scaling healthcare organization. Building high-volume pipelines and partnering with clinic leadership to meet staffing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing and phone screening through interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation
- Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, direct outreach, networking, and creative candidate attraction strategies
- Partner with Clinic Directors by communicating real-time pipeline metrics, setting hiring expectations, and aligning on clinic staffing priorities
- Execute high daily interview schedules while maintaining rapid response times and a professional, transparent candidate experience
- Represent the organization at job fairs, clinical recruitment events, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate records and stage tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby)
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Agency, high-volume healthcare, ABA, or therapy recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Head-down work ethic and resilience in cold pipelines and high-volume candidate conversion
- Outstanding organization and time-management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple active requisitions and high daily call volumes
- Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication
- Hands-on experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ashby experience is a plus, but not required
