Job Description
Bilingual English-Spanish salesperson supporting lead follow-up and customer service for Mangone Law Firm, a U.S. immigration law firm. Building client relationships and helping prospective immigrants understand offered legal services.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in capturing and following up on leads
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and deliver accurate information
- Build long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers
- Learn about the immigration process and the services offered
- Help prospective clients through personalized sales solutions and contribute to sales goals
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 6 months of proven experience selling products or services
- Experience with intangible offerings such as consulting, insurance, or telecommunications is a plus
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships through personalized solutions
- Results-driven focus on achieving and exceeding monthly performance goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and in person
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work various shifts as needed
