Job Description

Bilingual Recipient Solutions Manager focusing on recipient engagement and aftercare solutions in California/Nevada. Collaborating with sales teams to enhance patient outcomes and drive upgrade sales in hearing healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides industry-leading support, education, and value-add services to reduce patient and professional aftercare burden
  • Achieves upgrade sales goals within assigned territory
  • Engages new recipient onboarding and upgrade education
  • Collaborates with Consumer and Professional field sales teams
  • Applies business acumen to understand clinic aftercare needs
  • Manages territory performance and clinic upgrade penetration through sales planning, budgeting/forecasting
  • Reports key metrics in a timely manner
  • Partners with internal upgrade operations teams to ensure quality service delivery
  • Utilizes all sales and service tools including Salesforce and others

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with Master’s Degree/AuD preferred
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in Hearing Healthcare, sales or service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills
  • Experience taking action and ownership of customer relationships within assigned region
  • Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience in various software packages including Microsoft Suite and web-based applications
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong follow through on commitments and taking responsibility for actions and decisions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must meet all credentialing requirements to obtain hospital and surgical center access
