Job Description
Bilingual Territory Sales Manager at GEICO managing agency relationships and sales growth in Miami. Delivering training, monitoring performance, and driving local marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage agents within a designated area of responsibility
- Build relationships, deliver training, and manage agency performance
- Understand competitor offerings to increase preference for GEICO's products
- Develop local marketing plans and strategies to meet growth goals
- Monitor agent performance in relation to goals and guidelines
- Train agency staff on GEICO and GEICO-affiliated products
- Counsel agents and take disciplinary action when necessary
- Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand GEICO's agency distribution
Requirements:
- Bilingual is required
- Must be able to see, hear, type, and speak with or without accommodation
- Must be able to meet in person and virtually
- Must be able to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
- Strong organization and priority setting skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years sales or relevant insurance experience preferred
- Prior experience owning and driving sales results preferred
- Experience with different lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life & Health) preferred
