Job Description

Bilingual Territory Sales Manager at GEICO managing agency relationships and sales growth in Miami. Delivering training, monitoring performance, and driving local marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage agents within a designated area of responsibility
  • Build relationships, deliver training, and manage agency performance
  • Understand competitor offerings to increase preference for GEICO's products
  • Develop local marketing plans and strategies to meet growth goals
  • Monitor agent performance in relation to goals and guidelines
  • Train agency staff on GEICO and GEICO-affiliated products
  • Counsel agents and take disciplinary action when necessary
  • Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand GEICO's agency distribution

Requirements:

  • Bilingual is required
  • Must be able to see, hear, type, and speak with or without accommodation
  • Must be able to meet in person and virtually
  • Must be able to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
  • Strong organization and priority setting skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years sales or relevant insurance experience preferred
  • Prior experience owning and driving sales results preferred
  • Experience with different lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life & Health) preferred
