Job Description

Business Account Manager overseeing B2B customer relationships in Southeast Germany for Kardex Automated solutions. Driving sales strategy and customer engagement from home office.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, identify potential and segment existing customers in the defined territory, taking customer-specific material flows into account
  • Manage and develop strategic customers and design tailored customer solutions
  • Develop, align, plan and implement local go-to-market approaches and marketing activities
  • Execute campaigns and initiatives for existing customers
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities (cross-selling and upselling)
  • Strengthen and secure customer retention through strong consultative expertise
  • Diligent maintenance of the Salesforce CRM tool

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business psychology, computer science, or a vocational qualification combined with extensive sales experience
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical capital goods and solutions, including related service and software products
  • Ideally, experience selling automated products and/or services in intralogistics
  • Extensive knowledge in applying various sales concepts and marketing strategies
  • Solid experience in developing, analyzing and managing the entire sales pipeline, customer segmentation, campaign management, events and trade shows
  • Business-fluent German and English
