Job Description
Business Analyst Capital Markets chez Talan, intervenant sur les projets IT Front Office des banques d’investissement. Lancement de produits, modèles de pricing et coordination de projets.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Front Office IT teams of a leading investment bank
- Participate in the launch of new products
- Implement new pricing models
- Enhance existing pricing models
- Define and document business requirements
- Plan and coordinate projects
- Write functional specifications
- Oversee user acceptance testing and production deployment
- Lead change management initiatives and support users
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (engineering school, business school, or specialized Master’s degree)
- Strong knowledge of vanilla and exotic financial instruments (FX, IRD, credit derivatives, securitization, commodities, etc.)
- Proficiency in P&L, Greeks, and VaR calculation and monitoring processes
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in SQL and Agile methodologies
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills
- Strong team spirit
- Flexibility, creativity, and initiative
