Job Description
Business Analyst translating ambiguous needs into actionable requirements for BetterMe’s mobile wellness ecosystem. Collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and QA teams.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable requirements
- Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and refinement end-to-end
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, edge cases, and potential risks
- Explore possible approaches and help shape solutions with Product and Engineering
- Lead and facilitate grooming sessions before development starts
- Develop and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Build shared understanding with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, QA, and other stakeholders
- Manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining context and commitments
- Communicate risks and blockers proactively
- Use AI tools for research, analysis, requirements refinement, and documentation while validating outputs and owning the final result
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with B2C digital products and/or products with a large user base
- Strong requirements analysis skills and attention to detail
- Ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Ownership mindset and ability to deliver with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail across multiple parallel workstreams
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Understanding of frontend/mobile and backend system interactions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to incorporate them into BA activities
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
- English level — Upper Intermediate
- Experience with mobile products, healthtech, wellness, or fitness products is a plus
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Figma is a plus
