Job Description
Business Analyst supporting data-driven decision-making in a human services program. Collaborating with operational teams and leadership to analyze workflows and monitor performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Support data-driven decision-making, operational performance, and compliance tracking across a fast-paced human services program(s)
- Analyze workflows, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely reporting aligned with regulatory and service delivery requirements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data including intake, discharge, service delivery, and program performance metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to support real-time decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery timelines and outcomes
- Assist in monitoring quality control metrics and ensuring documentation meets audit and reporting standards
- Conduct quick-turn data analysis in support of urgent operational needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Social Services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/operations role
- Experience supporting high-volume, time-sensitive operations with strict reporting requirements
- Strong proficiency in: Data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Process mapping and workflow analysis
- Documentation and reporting standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- High level of professionalism when working with sensitive or confidential information
