Job Description
Business Developer developing hotel HVAC solutions and sales in Germany. Supporting proposals, technical designs, customer acquisition, and market expansion for Viessmann Climate Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of quotations and prepare offers through the Key Account department for customers throughout Germany
- Advise hotel customers on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Develop system solutions for hotel projects and transfer expertise to the sales teams of both brands
- Develop specialized control engineering concepts, flow diagrams, and texts in collaboration with Carrier Controls
- Prepare complete quotations, including planning, system sizing, bills of quantities, and pricing
- Process competitor specifications and support the broader sales team
- Coordinate with the team regarding required assistance and support
- Monitor the market, analyze the territory, expand the sales region, and develop incoming inquiries
Requirements:
- Completed university degree or completed technician training
- Initial professional experience in the sales of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
- Ideally, an established network of customers, planners, and architects for product research and market feedback
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented manner
- Independent, responsible, communicative, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, and sales-focused approach to work
