Job Description

Business Development Associate at Black & Grey HR focusing on Buildings, Infrastructure, and Industrial Construction. Engage clients and generate meetings for the company's business development leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across buildings, infrastructure and industrial construction
  • Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns and market research
  • Build relationships with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Project Directors, Commercial Managers, Procurement Heads and Business Owners
  • Schedule and prepare meetings for the Business Development leadership team
  • Build and maintain a healthy, honest pipeline in our CRM
  • Understand each client's hiring challenge before positioning our recruitment and HR advisory solutions
  • Track project awards, tenders and construction pipelines and turn market intelligence into opportunity
  • Represent Black & Grey HR at networking events and industry exhibitions with the presence the brand demands

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Attitude and communication matter more than tenure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural relationship builder with the confidence to engage senior professionals
  • Strong commercial awareness and genuine curiosity about the construction industry
  • Self motivated, energetic and target driven
  • Persistent, resilient and organized in follow up
