Job Description
Business Development Associate generating qualified Builder Warranty leads for Applied Technical Services. Conducting outbound prospecting, CRM follow-up, and pipeline development for technical clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients across targeted industries
- Execute structured prospecting campaigns using call lists, CRM data, and marketing inputs
- Execute email outreach campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives
- Manage consistent follow-up schedules to maintain prospect engagement
- Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunities
- Coordinate closely with marketing, sales leadership, and technical teams
- Share market feedback, prospect insights, and campaign performance
- Attend conferences and events as assigned
- Support business development activities in the Builder Warranty service line
- Generate pipeline and qualify leads through client engagement and data-driven follow-up
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience
- 1 to 3 years of inside sales, sales development, or business development experience
- Experience with outbound calling, prospecting, and lead qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging technical, professional audiences
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Proficiency with CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
