Job Description

Business Development Manager expanding Herewith’s technology-enabled caregiving platform through healthcare partnerships in Florida. Building B2B pipelines across dialysis, senior care, post-acute, and geriatric sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a healthcare-focused business development strategy
  • Identify high-potential regional and national healthcare partners and build a qualified B2B pipeline
  • Develop partnership models integrating Herewith’s caregiving solutions into clinical, discharge, chronic-care, senior-care, and patient-support workflows
  • Identify and engage healthcare executives, administrators, business development directors, clinical leaders, discharge teams, case managers, care coordinators, senior living operators, physician practices, population-health leaders, and home health organizations
  • Manage relationships from initial outreach through contract development, implementation, and long-term account growth
  • Develop dialysis and chronic-care partnerships addressing transportation coordination, appointment support, mobility assistance, companionship, and activities of daily living
  • Build post-surgical and transitional-care relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, rehabilitation facilities, and physician practices
  • Position Herewith as a caregiving resource for discharge and recovery planning
  • Develop partnership pathways for patients requiring temporary or extended assistance after hospitalization, surgery, or rehabilitation
  • Expand relationships with skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, geriatric practices, home health organizations, and aging-services providers
  • Own the B2B sales cycle from prospect identification through outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, contracting, and implementation
  • Segment and manage the pipeline by healthcare vertical and partnership opportunity
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and partnership-development goals
  • Track qualified leads, meetings, proposals, conversion rates, contracts, activated accounts, and revenue
  • Monitor healthcare market trends and workforce challenges
  • Gather partner feedback to refine services, technology, and partnership models
  • Represent Herewith at healthcare conferences, industry meetings, networking events, and strategic partnership discussions

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, healthcare sales, strategic partnerships, account management, or a related field
  • Experience in dialysis or renal care, long-term care, skilled nursing, post-acute or transitional care, hospital or health-system partnerships, geriatric care, home health or home care, senior living, population health, chronic disease management, or healthcare technology strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience developing B2B relationships and moving opportunities through a structured sales pipeline
  • Excellent executive communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong consultative-selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand healthcare organizations’ operational challenges and translate them into partnership opportunities
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and using pipeline data to guide business-development decisions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Comfortable developing relationships with healthcare executives and understanding practical challenges faced by care coordinators, discharge teams, providers, patients, and families
  • Motivated by building new healthcare partnerships in an entrepreneurial environment
